Service Agreement versions

Every version of the Service Agreement & Release we have asked anyone to accept. The version you accepted governs the services you bought under it, and stays readable here after it is replaced.

• 2026-09-28-v4

Effective 2026-09-28 — in effect now

Size-banded membership. States the pricing MECHANISM only — no plan names, inclusions, band counts, thresholds or promotions, because those move on a marketing decision and this text is frozen. Adds the reserved rights to change price and to transfer the account.

• 2026-07-10-v3

  Effective 2026-07-10 — retired 2026-09-28

Two flat-rate plans with a 14-day trial. Retired when the size-banded offer replaced it; restored into the registry on 2026-09-28 because quote acceptances already name this id.
